First, check with Extension Foundation staff and be sure you have the “super expert” role that allows you to create other experts.
1-Navigate to the Expert Directory here: https://ask.extension.org/scp/directory.php
2-Click the Add New Expert button.
3-Fill out the information on the Account tab (phone number and internal notes are optional).
4-On the Access tab choose the Primary Institution.
6-Now click “Create”
5-On the Groups tab add the expert to any groups you like. You should be able to type the first 3 or 4 characters of the group name and wait for the group to appear. If you would like the expert to receive an alert when a question is submitted you can check the Alerts check box.
7-Click “Create” to Save Changes
The expert should receive an email confirming their account creation. That email will include a link that that expert just click that takes them to a page where they will set their password.
If you would like to add the new expert to the round robin question assignment, visit your groups page and select the expert and navigate back to the groups tab and click the auto-assignment check box.
