To manage your group notifications and/or Auto Assignment, login to Ask Extension, click Profile in the upper right hand corner, then go to the Groups tab. On this page you will see all of the groups you are a member of. For each group you will see two check boxes, Alerts and Enable Autoassign.
-Alerts: when this checkbox is enabled/checked you will receive an email notification for all questions that get assigned to your group. You will receive this notification regardless of who the question is assigned to.
-Enable Autoassign: when this checkbox is checked, you will be a part of the round-robin assignment for your group and will be automatically assigned questions.
-Vacation Mode: Keep in mind that if you are in vacation mode, you will not receive any notifications and your user will not recieve auto assignments. Vacation mode can be set by going to the Account tab on your profile.
